Clarity about call data.

This page describes AI Reception's default setup. For a client implementation, the agreement specifies the data controller, the processor and the applicable settings.

What data is processed?

Depending on the call: phone number, name, language, call summary, duration and information needed for an inquiry, reservation or order. The receptionist should not ask for payment card details or passwords.

Why?

To handle calls, provide the requested service, prevent abuse and monitor service reliability. The business client determines the appropriate GDPR legal basis for its use.

Retention period

By default, call and order data is retained for up to 30 days. Temporary call sessions are deleted after one day. Full transcripts and raw AI artifacts are disabled by default. A client may choose a shorter period in the data processing agreement.

Suppliers and data transfers

Specialist providers may be used for telephony, AI voice processing and hosting. The actual providers, storage regions and transfer mechanisms are documented for each client configuration before production data is processed.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing. First contact the business you called; it can link your request to the correct call data. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Privacy documents

Download the model data processing agreement, supplier register and deletion procedure from our security documents. The client-specific appendix determines which providers and settings are actually active.
